• Payment options: cash and non-cash payment.

Exchange and Return Guarantee

• In case of our mistake (product/color/material mismatch), we cover the shipping and product exchange costs.
• Exchange and return are possible within 14 days.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," toys, board games, and creative kits are covered by a 2-week warranty, covering cases of factory defects. In the case of return or exchange, the product and its packaging must be of proper quality and appearance, without signs of use and with the original set intact.
