Terms of Cooperation with Dropshipping in Ukraine with TM "Strateg"

How are sales of children's products carried out in Ukraine using the dropshipping system?

1. You place our products on your website.
2. You receive an order from the customer.
3. After confirming the availability, you place an order for this product with us.
4. We send the order to your customer.

Orders are accepted from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays via Viber, Telegram. Saturday and Sunday are days off.

Shipping and Delivery Terms:

1. We send the order to the customer after full prepayment for the product.
2. When placing an order before 13:00, we send the product on the same day. For orders and payments for the product after 13:00, shipment is made the next day. If the order.
3. Placed and paid by 18:00 on Friday - shipping is done on Saturday. There is no shipping on Sunday.
4. Shipment is made by Nova Poshta (branch No.3) and UkrPoshta (65033) from Odessa.
5. To send the order by Nova Poshta, you need to have a register of form 103 and marking 100x100 "Zebra". For sending by UkrPoshta, only the register of form 103 is required.
6. Delivery is paid by you or your customer according to the carrier's tariffs.

Warranty for Exchange or Return

1. In case of an error on our part (mismatch of the product/color/material, etc.) - we bear the costs of delivery and exchange of the product.
2. If the customer decides to completely reject the product, we pay for the delivery and return the funds to you or to them on the card.
3. Exchange and return are made within 14 days.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," children's toys, board games, and creative kits are covered by a 2-week warranty, which covers cases of factory defects. In case of return or exchange, the product and its packaging must be of proper quality and appearance, without signs of use and with the original packaging.
