Production
For Oleksandr Syvak, production is first and foremost about people. Their daily work, attention to detail and responsibility for the result shape the company from within. He understands these processes well and constantly keeps in touch with the teams behind each product.
He is supported in this work by CEO Ksenia Seredyuk. Her approach is not about strict demands or deadlines, but about engagement and support in the process. It is through people and collaborative work that the company's daily rhythm is formed and results appear.
The path to success
Seven years later we presented our games for the first time at the Baby Expo in Kyiv. For us it was an important debut: thousands of visitors saw that Ukrainian board games can be diverse and high-quality. At the stand children tested new releases, while adults carefully explored the assortment. After this exhibition STRATEG became more known and confidently announced itself on the market.

In 2016 we presented our games outside Ukraine for the first time — at the Spielwarenmesse in Germany. It was an important event: among leading toy manufacturers from around the world we showcased our assortment. For STRATEG this became the first step toward international development and new opportunities.

2017 became a year of realization for Strateg: we did not just create toys, we helped shape childhood. Recognition at the "Best Toy" contest for design and content confirmed that sincerity and quality always resonate. These awards marked the beginning of a journey where we learned to create things that leave a mark on a child's heart, combining creativity with respect for development and a genuine desire to inspire children toward their first great discoveries.

In 2019 we showcased our games for the first time at an exhibition in Dubai. This allowed visitors from different countries to get acquainted with STRATEG's range and see interest in Ukrainian board games beyond Europe. Participation in this event opened new international contacts and prospects for us.

In 2020 STRATEG set a national record of Ukraine by building a 7-meter pyramid out of game sets. All these games were donated to children in orphanages and families in need of support. This was a combination of a festive achievement and an important social mission for us.

In 2021 our recognition for contributions to culture proved that Strateg had become a large community. For us this distinction is not about official certificates but about your daily trust. It is important to create things that leave a mark on the heart, investing respect for traditions and genuine human values into every project. We strive to be not just a brand but a partner that inspires people to dream, discover new things and feel a sense of togetherness.

The path to success
The year 2025 brought STRATEG three significant awards. We won in the category "Best manufacturer of games and creative goods", received an award for strategic thinking and a patron diploma for supporting the Armed Forces and helping children. These awards confirm that we are moving in the right direction. By combining innovation with good deeds, we create not just toys, but a future full of joy.

From idea to product
In the design department people work with ideas in practice. The team discusses concepts, creates mockups, texts and technical solutions, repeatedly checking all details. Designers, copywriters and technical specialists agree on every element before launching into production. It is this daily team work that shapes the appearance of products as the customer sees them.
