Delivery Regions

Delivery of products presented in the online store is available throughout Ukraine, except for the occupied territories. The cost and terms of delivery to settlements in Donetsk and Luhansk regions are specified by the Strateg online store manager after placing an order on the website. Delivery to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is not available.

• Courier delivery (the cost is calculated individually and depends on "Nova Poshta" tariffs). When placing an order, please provide the correct delivery address. The courier will contact you at the phone number specified in the order to arrange a convenient time for receiving the order.

Storage of your order at the "Nova Poshta" branch without additional charges is possible for up to 5 working days from the date of its arrival at the branch.

Delivery Cost

The delivery cost depends on the transport company's tariffs and is calculated based on the dimensions, weight, order value, and the delivery region.

Delivery Time

The delivery times of orders correspond to the delivery times of "Nova Poshta" and range from 1 to 3 business days. During holidays, delivery times may be extended. Order processing and dispatch are carried out from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:45 and on Saturday from 9:00 to 13:45. Delivery of orders placed after 14:00 will be made on the next business day.

Delivery Conditions

For orders less than 200 UAH, a 100% prepayment of the goods is required. The delivery is at the recipient's expense.
